The challenge: Branding for eco candles
Snug Scent, a premium-scented products company, approached me with the challenge of creating a brand identity that was consistent across all media. They were not satisfied with their current brand strategy and wanted to highlight their differences in the market.
How I’ve worked:
To achieve the client’s goalâ€, ‬I started by understanding their product and asking a lot of questionsâ€. ‬We discussed the strategy and how we could focus on highlighting their professional background in candle making as well as the advantages of using natural essential oilsâ€. ‬The high-quality products from ethical resources gave me an idea to create a botanical looking brandâ€.‬

I created an elegant logo with a drop that represented natural essential oils and a leaf to highlight eco-friendlinessâ€. ‬The design was minimalistic and aligned with the company’s valuesâ€. ‬I hand-drew illustrations and digitized them to give the brand a botanical and artistic feelâ€. ‬The labels were designed†‬in minimal way to fit a variety of products and vesselsâ€. ‬The hand-drawn illustrations are an expression of†‬the natural ingredients in their productsâ€.‬
The result:
The rebranding effort was a great successâ€. ‬The brand was now consistent across all mediaâ€, ‬and the client was confident about itâ€.‬†‬The unique hand-drawn illustrations were a key differentiator and helped attract their ideal clientsâ€. ‬The company appeared in The Times Newspaper with a new brand identityâ€.‬
